Coextrusion adapters

In addition to single- and multi-manifold dies Verbruggen also designs and manufactures coextrusion adapters for the production of multilayer film and sheet according to the customer's specifications.

Starting from a number of basic models, several options can be added according to the flow characteristics of the polymers and the properties of the end product. With this modular solution, we can offer the most suitable coextrusion adapter for your application and needs, from a basic standard coextrusion adapter up to an easily adjustable and flexible system for high end applications.

Our coextrusion adapters can be combined with our single- and multi-manifold dies or they can be mounted on your existing equipment. In this case we can also deliver the appropriate adapter pieces.
